The Vision We\’re building an AI-powered venture factory that creates innovative businesses in 3 weeks instead of 6+ months, at 1/10th the cost of traditional methods. Our autonomous multi-agent system orchestrates specialised AI agents working in parallel to build, launch, and scale ventures. The Role As as Co-founder, you\’ll be a full equity partner in building the technical foundation of our £1B vision. You\’ll architect and lead our proprietary multi-agent ecosystem, knowledge graph, and component libraries that form the core of our venture factory approach. Key Responsibilities Design and build the autonomous multi-agent system architecture Develop the self-improving knowledge graph that increases efficiency with each venture Create the technical infrastructure allowing for component reuse across ventures Establish technical standards and lead the development of our core factory platform Drive technical execution while building a lean technical team Who You Are Deep expertise in multi-agent AI systems, LLMs, and system architecture Strong background in scalable software development and technical leadership Experience building complex AI systems with practical business applications Vision for how AI can fundamentally transform business creation Entrepreneurial mindset with desire for significant equity over traditional employment What We Offer Founding equity position in a venture with clear path to £1B valuation within 5 years Opportunity to build a category-defining platform during a historic technology inflection point Leadership role in creating next-generation AI systems with real-world impact Support from a founding team with proven entrepreneurial experience Chance to revolutionize how businesses are created in the AI era Current Status Ready to secure £2.5M in seed funding once the founding team is complete.
