Are you an entrepreneurial Assistant Store Manager passionate about delivering exceptional customer and team experiences? In this full-time, permanent role, you\’ll be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, hosting unforgettable customer events, and engaging in customer outreach, all while fostering your team’s learning and development. As a key member of the retail team, you will oversee all aspects of your store from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and business planning. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Education, you will influence both your store and the broader business.
