Fractional CFO

Job Description
Acuity Associates is seeking experienced CFOs and senior finance leaders interested in fractional or interim opportunities with our diverse portfolio of SMEs across a wide range of industries. Our clients operate in fast-moving and evolving environments where strategic financial leadership is critical to navigating growth, change, or key commercial milestones.

We partner with organisations undergoing scale, transformation, operational restructuring, or capital events, providing high-impact financial expertise to strengthen capability, improve governance, and support long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership to support growth, transformation, or capital events.

Conduct a Financial Infrastructure Diagnostic Audit (FIDA) to identify and prioritise areas for improvement.

Develop and implement clear roadmaps for financial enhancement and governance maturity.

Advise on funding strategy, financial modelling, and readiness for major commercial milestones (e.g., investment, exit, or IPO).

Partner closely with senior leadership to build financial capability and deliver sustainable value.
