The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, delivering complex projects on time and within scope, and ensuring Agile best practices are followed to drive business value. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Agile projects. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are met. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines. Track project progress and produce clear, timely reporting for stakeholders. Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Drive accountability, transparency, and efficiency across teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 6+ years of project management experience. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects. Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with distributed or remote teams. Background in software development or technical project delivery. Experience in scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
