We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing Agile projects using the Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, delivering complex projects on time and within scope, and ensuring Agile best practices are followed to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Agile projects.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
- Track project progress and produce clear, timely reporting for stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Drive accountability, transparency, and efficiency across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of project management experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- Background in software development or technical project delivery.
- Experience in scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
