Within the Operations team based in Harrogate, this role will support with operational administration.
Job Responsibilities
- Day to day duties will include data input, maintaining central spreadsheets, and maintaining good paperless records for audit purposes.
- Assist with the smooth running of all aspects of the Operations process, as and when required.
- Being the subject matter expert on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due diligence (DD) processes and be able to train internal, and possible external staff, on these processes.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of company procedures and policies and completing compliance training in a timely manner.
- Any other duties in line with the level and scope of this role.
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Inquisitive and a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work within a team and on your own.
- Experience with Microsoft 360 advantageous.
- Client Data or Transfer knowledge preferable but not essential.
- Experience within the financial services sector is advantageous but not necessary.
