Home based with links to a Succession office. Competitive Basic salary (negotiable depending on experience) + generous annual bonus.

The Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious Wealth Planners who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are passionate about building new business. As a Wealth Planner, you will be a key part of our advice team, focused on developing new client relationships and delivering high-quality, regulated financial advice. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, self-motivated, and eager to grow their own client base within a supportive, leading national wealth management firm. Due to growth, we have multiple opportunities for Wealth Planners to provide independent financial advice to high-net-worth clients.

To join our award-winning team, you should demonstrate a highly professional, trustworthy, and client-focused approach, with genuine enthusiasm for relationship building and excellent communication skills that can adapt to bring value and understanding to every conversation.

  • Qualified to Level 4 or above in providing financial advice, ideally working towards Level 6 Chartered Status.
  • A Wealth/Financial Planner with at least 1 year of managing your own clients.
  • Experienced in delivering compliant, tailored financial advice to high-net-worth clients.
  • Proactive in sourcing and securing new client opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and self-generated activity.
  • Skilled at converting warm and cold leads into long-term client relationships.
  • Capable of building and managing a growing book of business, focusing on long-term value and client retention.
  • Self-disciplined, resilient, motivated, and tenacious in facing challenges.
  • Committed to understanding and engaging with Succession’s corporate objectives and values.
  • An effective team player and leader, recognizing the support team's role in delivering great client outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable about the UK regulatory system, especially aspects relevant to Financial Services.
