As a Land Disposals Manager, you’ll lead the sale of development land to housebuilders, developers, and individuals, while collaborating with a dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors and Town Planners.
Your role will involve:
- Identifying opportunities within the portfolio
- Managing disposal processes from start to finish
- Delivering creative solutions that maximize the value of the landholdings
- Advising on land use pre- and post-operation
- Managing professional advisers and solicitors
- Overseeing financial performance against annual targets
