This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the largest and most diverse land portfolios in the UK, spanning over 100,000 acres, providing development opportunities across residential, commercial, natural capital, and leisure sectors.

As a Land Disposals Manager, you’ll lead the sale of development land to housebuilders, developers, and individuals, while collaborating with a dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors and Town Planners.

Your role will involve:

  • Identifying opportunities within the portfolio
  • Managing disposal processes from start to finish
  • Delivering creative solutions that maximize the value of the landholdings
  • Advising on land use pre- and post-operation
  • Managing professional advisers and solicitors
  • Overseeing financial performance against annual targets
