About the Role: Support children\’s learning and development in a nurturing environment. Work closely with teachers, assist in lesson prep, and help students thrive through one-on-one and group support. Responsibilities: Collaborate with teachers on tailored learning plans Offer individual and group support to boost academic & social skills Support positive classroom activities & behaviours Track children’s progress and provide regular updates Collaborate with external agencies for comprehensive support Requirements: Experience in Early Years or similar role Passion for helping children develop Strong communication and teamwork skills Early years education qualifications are a plus Why Join Us?
