Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support the delivery of a retrofit programme focused on energy efficiency improvements. The RLO will act as the key point of contact between residents, the client, and the delivery team, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout the works.

To deliver a retrofit programme of energy efficiency works

Covering Bedford & surrounding areas including Milton Keynes, Colmworth, Kempston and Nuneaton.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar customer-facing role within construction, social housing, or retrofit projects

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working on retrofit or energy efficiency programmes is highly desirable

Ability to manage multiple sites across a regional area

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

Organised, proactive, and resident-focused approach
