Your New Company

We are partnering with a specialist employment law team of solicitors and expert employment lawyers to recruit a 2 year, CIPD Level 3 (or above) certified HR officer into their team in Derry. The company provides specialist HR advisory services to clients in a range of areas covering:

  • Grievance and disciplinary
  • Compliance assessments of workplaces
  • Reviewing and drafting policies and procedures
  • Drafting and updating new employment contracts, termination/settlement agreements and director service agreements.
  • Representation for Employment Tribunal matters both taking and defending

Your Role

As a HR officer, you will provide guidance and assistance to clients in navigating their legal issues, making them aware of the steps involved, and serving as the first point of contact between the prospective client and the business. You will assist the Senior lawyers in providing all administrative and document support as well as offering advice and assistance in the drafting and reviewing of all HR-related documents.

All About You

You should have a relevant HR-focused degree or have obtained level 3 CIPD certification ideally. Experience within a similar role providing advice and support on the above matters is highly advantageous.
