We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, team-oriented, results driven National Account Manager to join our UK sales team. Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, this role demands responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of national accounts.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Understand and develop strong relationships between the brand and customers.
- Ensure ownership of key areas of responsibility to meet the strategic objectives of the business.
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the Company to ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers.
- Engage excellent problem-solving techniques by identifying the root cause through to resolution, to maximise customer satisfaction within the boundaries of business procedures.
- Maintain communication to ensure stock availability.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous national account management experience.
- Proven track record in growing and delivering sales and profit plans.
- A positive 'can do' attitude.
- Highly motivated to achieve sales and profit targets.
