We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, team-oriented, results driven National Account Manager to join our UK sales team. Reporting to the Director of National Accounts this role demands responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of national accounts. Key responsibilities and tasks: Understand and develop strong relationships between the brand and customers. Ensure ownership of key areas of responsibility to meet the strategic objectives of the business. Work collaboratively with all areas of the Company to ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers. Engage excellent problem-solving techniques by identifying the root cause through to resolution, to maximise customer satisfaction within the boundaries of business procedures. Maintain communication to ensure stock availability. Skills and Experience: Previous national account management experience. Proven track record in growing and delivering sales and profit plans. A positive \βcan do\β attitude. Highly motivated to achieve sales and profit targets. Results orientated. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
