Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and video introductions, establishing early rapport and trust. Schedule and manage client meetings on behalf of senior consultants and the founder. Represent the business in a professional, articulate manner during virtual meetings β giving clients the impression of a London-based presence. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to nurture leads and increase conversion rates. Track interactions, build pipelines, and provide insights to improve outreach strategies. Support the founder with business development initiatives and strategic growth activities. Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and match client needs accurately. Prepare briefs and support documentation for upcoming meetings and client follow-ups. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing business development, consulting, or relationship management roles. Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written), with a confident and refined presence. Proven ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships. Experience using Linked In and other CRM systems Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, scheduling platforms, and video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc).
