Role Overview:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong, long‐term relationships. You will take ownership of onboarding new clients and working at scale to support their growth with Corndel through consultative, data‐led engagement and driving yourself towards an ambitious quarterly and annual personal target. You will work strategically to align employer partner business objectives with the impact of Corndel training and skills programmes.
Reporting to the Account Director, you will work closely with internal teams to execute onboarding strategies and help businesses maximise the value of the levy tax. You will identify senior key decision makers to develop strategic account plans and implement tailored engagement schedules to boost enrolment and programme success for maximum organisational impact.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the growth and development of Corndel\’s mission and objectives
Successfully leading project implementation to launch multiple programme offerings through cohort sizes of scale
Striving to meet and exceed challenging quarterly and annual sales targets
Managing relationships with key clients and helping them achieve their strategic goals
Leading the mobilisation of new accounts and driving towards growth
Helping organise and manage internal and external promotional engagement and communications
Creating and delivering strategic presentations and proposals and contributing to tenders when required
Identifying opportunities to display return on investment for clients to enable further growth
Maintaining ownership on cohort launch project lifecycles
Working with wider teams across Business Development to identify early cross‐sell and up‐sell opportunities with new accounts in ownership
Attending in‐person client meetings, representing Corndel at client events and cohort learner launch events, where required

Experience and Skills:
Essential:
A track‐record of high‐performance in a business‐to‐business role across new business, client implementation and launch, account management or similar
Experience of engaging senior stakeholders within large complex businesses
Exceptional relationship management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience presenting to large groups, both virtually and in person
Good attention to detail and quality output
High levels of organisation and personal accountability when using CRM tools for pipeline management
Drive to exceed targets, overachieve and be a high performer in a sales environment
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through solution‐selling
Consultative sales approach, focused on listening, adding value, and building lasting partnerships
Desirable:
Experience and knowledge of apprenticeships, skills and funded training
Strong commercial business awareness and understanding of different business environments and priorities
