Represent the collective engineering team in interfacing with management, product management/marketing, and key customers. Champion the development & deployment of best practices to improve program performance, efficiency, and produce repeatable results across a growing business.Responsibilities Drive accountability and awareness, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively search out and address risks or weaknesses to ensure the project meets quality standards and completes on time and in budgetProvide project leadership for mixed-signal products by working with multi-functional silicon development teams to meet internal and customer commitmentsResponsible for end-to-end project planning & meticulous execution management to improve project execution certaintyRepresent the collective engineering team in communicating with internal and external partnersEnable communication & transparency to ensure alignment at all levels of the organizationDevelopment & deployment of standard methodologies to improve program performance, efficiency, and produce repeatable resultsChampion lessons learned to drive continuous improvement & avoid known problems. Manage change into standard methodologies.Required Skills and Qualifications BS in Electrical Engineering and relevant project or program management experience managing sophisticated integrated circuit development projectsTechnical Program Manager with experience in the management of design and post silicon activities for mixed-signal IC productsPossess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work with multi-functional silicon development teamsBasic knowledge of analog and digital design flowsStrong program management fundamentalsPreferred Skills and Qualifications Familiar with project/program management tools such as MS ProjectExperience with product development cycles (concept to production)This position is in Edinburgh, UK.This is a hybrid remote position and will follow a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference.
