We\βre looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional post-sale customer support. In this role, youβll be responsible for ensuring a seamless after sales experience from start to finish.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring swift resolutions, guidance and support.
- Coordinate bookings with our service centres, selecting locations that are accessible, have the correct availability, and can repair the requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact between customers and service centres, ensuring clear communication, authorisation of repairs, and the timely completion of work.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document any interactions with customers with regular updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Exceptional Telephone Manner
- Organised and Punctual
- Ability to solve problems
