This Mortgage Compliance Supervisor job near Pulborough provides opportunity to join a directly authorised business with a growing footprint of Mortgage Advisors across the UK. Our client is one of the largest mortgage brokerages in the region. They have reached capacity on their current structure and are now looking for a full-time, dedicated Mortgage Compliance Supervisor to join the team, so that the business can continue growing. They have efficient IT systems, enabling their Mortgage Brokers to go through the client journey seamlessly. As Mortgage Compliance Supervisor, you would be focused on undertaking compliance oversight and monitoring. As such, your responsibilities will include: Undertaking regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and findings. Preparing reports for management and regulatory bodies. Providing direct support to their Mortgage Brokers on compliance matters. Being involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Assisting with client complaints, queries or investigations where required. Mortgage Compliance Supervisor Requirements You should have good experience within mortgages. This could suit a Compliance Officer or File Checker with 2+ years’ experience within the mortgage industry. Alternatively, this could suit a Mortgage Broker with 5+ years’ experience, looking for a change in direction. Mortgage Compliance Supervisor Benefits Salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience.
