Audit & Accounts Senior required to join this medium-sized, successful accountancy practice in the audit and accounts team based in the Barnet office. This role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary of up to 60,000, along with other benefits.
The Audit Senior will seek to progress their career and build on their experience, primarily handling audits and accounts for SME, OMB, and other clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, practical experience leading or assisting with audits, and will be looking for an environment to develop and progress.
Job Overview- Lead various complex audit assignments across multiple sectors, liaising with managers and partners as needed.
- Prepare audit files, undertake planning, and lead or assist with fieldwork.
- Assist in work allocation, supervise junior team members, and review their work.
- Prepare tax computations.
- Prepare year-end accounts for OMB clients.
- Proven experience in a practice and audit environment.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Preferably qualified with ACCA or ACA.
- Reside within a commutable distance to Barnet.
- Salary range: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Annual bonus.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
