Great opportunity for a Landowner Development Lawyer to join a Legal 500 firm in their Salisbury office. This position will allow you to collaborate closely with the broader Property team assisting in complex transactions involving the sale, purchase, or leasing of substantial rural properties and businesses, ranging from £500,000 to £50m.

The successful candidate can expect to independently manage their own caseload and client relationships, primarily focusing on private clients. Ideally you will be around 6 + PQE boasting a solid background in general property law, ideally with experience in agricultural and rural property. Expertise in property finance, planning, and development is desired.

You can expect to be an integral member of the thriving team and to play an active role in the firm's business development activities.
