Position Overview University Center, a 46-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Bronx, NY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our team. We are offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus . Compensation Base rate is $31.94 per hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. Responsibilities Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted. Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature. Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required. Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene. Monitoring Residents\’ food and liquid intake and output. Requirements Must be able to work effectively as part of a team. Valid LPN license in the state. Good standing with the State Registry.
