Your Responsibilities

  • Lead process planning and efficiency improvement projects for our clients.
  • Collaborate in workshops to develop and analyze target processes using MTM and/or MOST methods.
  • Design and optimize workstations in production — identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Take charge of production flow balancing (Line Balancing) to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare your findings, present them to clients, and support the implementation of improvement measures.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed engineering studies with a focus on industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in manufacturing industry and/or consulting with focus on efficiency improvement in production.
  • Solid expertise in MTM and/or MOST and profound knowledge of project management, project leadership and lean management.
  • Willingness to travel in the UK and abroad.
