Your future, as a Self-employed Newly Qualified Dentist at mydentist. You’ll be joining us at our St Benedict's Court practice in central Huntingdon.

A modern, advanced, spacious, centrally located, 6 surgery practice with access to the latest equipment and materials, including a CBCT Scanner and Intra Oral Scanner. An experienced clinical team is available to support the delivery of implants. The practice is well-led with a friendly and supportive team, including fully qualified and experienced dental nurses, practice manager, head receptionist, head nurse, treatment coordinator, and experienced clinicians.

Local car parking is available near the practice, one located on St Benedict’s court which is a 2-minute walk and another one less than a 5-minute walk away from the practice. The location is in the centre of Huntingdon surrounded by high street retailers. State-of-the-art air filtration and a chain of protective measures ensure colleagues and patients are kept safe.

The mydentist Academy offers discounted training and development opportunities for all clinicians. We have invested in the largest clinical support network in UK dentistry so you can get access to the advice and support you need.

There is fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that’s right for you; by year two on average, our newly qualified dentists have achieved a 50/50 split between NHS and private work, with a 50% revenue split on all private work. You can choose to have an in-practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months. With a UDA allocation, you will enjoy an NHS pension as well as access to NHS long-term sick pay and NHS maternity/paternity/adoption pay.

There is a choice of working hours and location to suit you when you join and into the future when things change. You have the opportunity to consider hours that will work around DCT placements. Access to the Clinical Development Advisor for your location is available for support to develop your career and grow your revenue.

You are joining the largest peer network in UK dentistry of over 3,000 dentists, and you can choose to be connected with other newly qualified dentists who join mydentist at the same time as you. We have partnerships with the major providers for implants, aligners, and other products you may wish to access. Through our Academy, you will attend a specific newly qualified dentist face-to-face induction.

In your first year, you can choose to be supported in setting a development plan tailored to meet your needs; core CPD is via Agilio. Access to an industry-leading central Support Centre includes experienced Marketing, Compliance, IT, and Patient Support teams.
