What we are looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid performance marketing campaigns, either agency-side or in-house, with a strong background in Meta and Google Ads.
- Experience managing and allocating digital marketing budgets effectively.
- A strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data sets and identify trends that inform decision-making.
- Deep understanding of key performance marketing metrics and how they influence overall campaign success.
- A self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A track record of continuous testing, learning, and optimising campaigns to improve results.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working with creative, data, and product teams to drive marketing and business goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and performance goals.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and execute UK & ANZ paid digital campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring optimal performance and budget efficiency.
- Continuously track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine targeting, creative strategy, and landing page experience.
- Work closely with creative teams and external agencies to produce ‘best in class’, performance-focused creative.
- Dive deep into performance data to understand what’s driving growth and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Create and maintain testing roadmaps to enhance marketing efficiency and long-term strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with the global paid teams across the US, Germany, and France to exchange insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Work with local stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign strategy, creative execution, and budget pacing.
