My client, a leading law firm, requires a Global Knowledge Systems Architect who will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing data for knowledge management applications (e.g., iManage Insight, Litera Foundation, Power BI, Lexis Create DMS). In addition, the role will evaluate and integrate Generative AI products and participate in information governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform decision-making for knowledge capture solutions, including Generative AI.
- Understand and classify firm data; design new Knowledge Management (KM) data integrations.
- Oversee Knowledge Management (KM) systems and enforce content management policies.
- Manage Knowledge Management (KM) systems architecture and new data projects.
- Integrate internal and external data sources for Knowledge Management (KM) and analytics.
- Collaborate on client-facing products using Knowledge Management (KM) data.
- Train team members on PowerBI dashboard development.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience in enterprise knowledge/information architecture, business intelligence databases, IT enterprise architecture, SQL/NoSQL, and Microsoft Power BI report/dashboard design.
