Role Overview: As a Secondary School Learning Mentor, your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment for students. This could involve working with small groups or providing 121 support to students to assist with their learning and behaviour. You will facilitate the learning process and ensure student engagement in the absence of the regular teacher. Your adaptability to support diverse needs and abilities of students is essential. You will work alongside a team of dedicated, professional staff committed to supporting your growth.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in education, a related field, or relevant experience.
