Your Role:
As General Manager, you'll be the face of the property and the driving force behind its success. You'll take full operational and strategic control, delivering an unforgettable guest journey while mentoring a passionate team and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
The Hotel General Manager Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments (rooms, F&B, events, spa, etc.)
- Lead, inspire, and develop the team
- Maintain and elevate luxury service standards
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Uphold brand values and protect the heritage of the estate
