Your Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and inspiring Health & Nutrition / Food Technology Teacher to join Meridian High School on a permanent basis from September. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students in Years 7 to 11, helping them develop essential life skills and a strong understanding of healthy living. As part of a supportive faculty, you will play a key role in driving student progress, fostering positive attitudes towards learning, and contributing to a culture of high standards and continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For Qualified Teacher Status with honours degree Proven experience teaching Health & Nutrition/Food Technology at KS3 and KS4 Strong commitment to raising achievement for students of all abilities Confident using data and ICT to inform teaching, planning, and student progress Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues Resilient, self-motivated, and well-organised with a positive and enthusiastic outlook Passionate about continuous professional development and reflective practice Strong communication skills and ability to inspire respect and confidence Committed to safeguarding and maintaining appropriate boundaries with students Values aligned with GLF Schools\’ core ethos and mission About Meridian High School Meridian High School is a GOOD School in all categories (OFSTED January 2023).
