D365 F&O Support Analyst

Job Title: D365 F&O Support Analyst Support, associate, support analyst, support consultant, junior functional consultant, D365, SCM, D365FO, D365 F&O, Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, supply chain, ERP, Finance – UK – Hybrid – £35k-45k Job Overview: Our end user client is seeking a D365 F&O Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support. Candidates should have previous D365 F&O experience and knowledge of either Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM). The role offers primarily remote working flexibility. Key Skills & Experience: Experience working in a busy environment, meeting targets, SLAs, and deadlines. Knowledge of D365 F&O modules, specifically Finance and/or SCM. Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner. Team player with a calm, friendly personality and a commitment to service quality. Strong communication skills across all levels. Ability to contribute effectively within a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Good organization and prioritization skills. Professional, flexible, able to work under pressure, and adaptable to organizational needs. Mature and appropriate handling of difficult situations. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Full UK Driving License. Responsibilities: Provide 1st/2nd line support for D365 F&O software. Monitor ERP batch queues for errors. Manage user access and security. Train end users on Dynamics AX & D365, including integrated applications. Maintain high customer service standards and adhere to SLAs. Own support cases, troubleshoot, resolve faults, and escalate when necessary. Communicate progress to customers in a timely manner. Log incidents, service requests, and change requests using Service Desk Management tools and Azure DevOps. Liaise with third-party support when external assistance is needed. Manage remote support for customer issues. Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base resources. Location: UK (Hybrid working) Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
