What will I be doing?
- This role involves supporting Safran group's IS systems and infrastructure, working with multinational teams and local customers to ensure business continuity and digital innovation while maintaining high security standards.
- Support current and future IS systems, contribute to IS strategy and roadmaps, and deliver secure environments.
- Manage cybersecurity threats, deliver IS projects on time, support Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives and digital transformation across functions.
- Document infrastructures, perform proactive maintenance, provide proximity support, and resolve tickets promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory practices, evaluate new technologies, develop procedures, and build customer relationships.
- Lead teams and projects as needed, working with senior leadership to ensure support quality.

What do you need from me?
- At least 5 years of hands-on infrastructure experience including networking, cybersecurity, Active Directory, Windows Server, Storage, Backup, Linux.
- Certifications: CCNA, AWS Cloud Operations (preferable), Microsoft Certified.
- Leadership experience and customer relationship management skills are advantageous.
