Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Master’s degree in nursing is a must. 3 years of experience in the same field and same position. Dataflow is a must. Saudi license holder is a plus. Fluent in English. Job description: Ensure that nursing care meets regulatory standards. Review nursing policies and procedures. Evaluate nursing staff performance. Collaborate with nursing staff and management in the coordination of patient care. Train nursing staff and coordinate educational programs for patients and their families. Implement quality assurance systems. Assign and schedule activities for nursing staff. Supervise acquisition of medical supplies and equipment needed for patient care. Coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Perform administrative and managerial functions. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill newborns. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans and protocols. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in the development and implementation of new nursing care models and technologies. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a competent and motivated nursing staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration. Manage staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate patient care coverage. Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and implement quality initiatives. Collect and analyze data to monitor quality outcomes and identify trends. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practices. Manage the daily operations of the NICU, including staffing, budget, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accrediting bodies. Participate in the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures. Compensation: Competitive salary.
