Banking/Finance Senior Associate Solicitor - Offshore

OUR CLIENT A leading offshore law firm THE ROLE We are acting on behalf of a leading offshore law firm to recruit a high-calibre Senior Associate Solicitor 5 – 6 PQE with a banking/finance background to join a growing offshore financial services practice. The post-holder will be expected to manage a diverse portfolio of transactional and advisory matters relating to banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, investment funds, general financial services, insurance, and regulatory matters. As a key member of a growing team, you will have an opportunity to play a significant role in marketing and business development. THE CANDIDATE The role is ideally suited to a Solicitor with a strong banking/finance background looking to develop an offshore career in a client-facing role. This is an opportunity suited to a dynamic and commercially aware legal professional seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced, international environment. Candidates with additional exposure to financial services, insurance, or regulatory work would be of interest. You will have sound technical legal skills and sound judgement with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
