Our client is a leading international health, safety, and environmental consultancy with over 25 years of experience and a strong presence worldwide. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking for a dedicated Fire Project Manager in the Liverpool and Warrington area to work on projects involving fire safety upgrades or remedial works.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Interpreting fire safety survey reports and identifying non-compliance.
- Writing clear, concise, and technically accurate specifications for fire door and compartmentation remedial works.
- Accurately measuring and costing remedial works, including preparing estimates and tender documentation.
- Managing construction projects from planning to contract administration.
We are Looking For:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Membership (or working towards) of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
- DIPFD - Diploma in Fire Door Inspection and FSIDIP - Fire Stopping Inspection Diploma.
- Proven experience in project management and cost management within a construction context.
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
