We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Mold CH7. This role is based at a rehabilitation service for both males and females, specialising in high support inpatient rehab. As an agency worker, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule while providing vital care and support to individuals in need.
Please do not apply if you do not have a current MAPA/Safety Intervention or PMVA Certificate. Applicants without will not be considered. Please note: due to the needs of the service, only female applicants will be considered at this time.
Your Role: As a Support Worker, you will:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Promote independence and enhance quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Follow care plans and ensure the highest standards of support.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in mental health is essential.
