Working within the Quality department, you will be providing effective quality administration and compliance support for the Quality team, ensuring the Quality department remains efficient and compliant throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • To maintain/build key internal customer relationships and exceed their expectations.
  • To ensure the health, safety, and general well-being of all employees.
  • To play a key role in the administration of Quality Management System updates.
  • Maintain the Document Control register ensuring all document changes, and the introduction of new documents have been captured, controlled, and issued/archived.
  • Maintain the Continuous Improvement Log, ensuring new actions and action closures are registered/updated.
  • Effective communication of quality matters with customers, suppliers, and external contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Stability/Challenge testing and Water testing is coordinated, and results registered onto the relevant Kanban after review by the Quality Manager.
  • Provide administration support for Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Assist with internal scale calibration and communication with external calibration suppliers.
  • Assist with document reviews and supplier assurance reviews.
  • Register complaints and internal quality alerts onto the complaints Kanban.
  • Support the wider team with customer requests and email communications.
  • Ensure the most up to date SOP/WI is available for the Training Department.
  • Support with monitoring/tracking of any open Change Controls.
  • Support the Laboratory Technician when required.
  • Assist with customer visits and site audits when required.
  • Provide cover/support during holidays and sickness absence.
