Job Description Java Developers (ACTIVE BPSS CLEARANCE IS ESSENTIAL)- Inside IR35 – Mostly Remote (UK) A large organisation is urgently seeking 2 experienced Java Developers (ideally 1 Senior, 1 Mid-Junior Level) to support a long-term digital transformation project. You\’ll collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, contribute to solution design, and build high-quality Java applications in a modern cloud environment. Key skills required include: * Active BPSS is MUST (SC Clearance desirable) * 7+ years (Senior) 2-3 of Java development experience (Java 8+) * Strong experience with cloud platforms – AWS or Azure * Confident in TDD/BDD and building robust automated test suites * Skilled in SQL and noSQL (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB) * Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservice architectures * Expert knowledge of modern Java frameworks and design principles * Experience presenting solutions to Architecture Review Boards (Senior role) Mostly remote with occasional on-site workshops in North West (travel fully covered) Start date: end of June / 9-month contract Inside IR35 This is a great opportunity to join a high-profile project.
