Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements and customizations within the Endur platform.
  • Implement business logic using JVS (JavaScript in Endur) and OpenComponents.
  • Develop and maintain TPR (Transaction Post-Processing Reports), deal templates, reporting tools, and interfaces (e.g., AVS, Connex, OLF scripts).
  • Integrate Endur with external systems (e.g., market data, trade capture, settlement, accounting).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional technical designs.
  • Participate in SDLC, including Agile sprints, code reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment.
  • Perform Endur upgrades, performance tuning, and environment support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across trading desks and back-office functions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and internal standards for software quality, security, and data governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ~5+ years of hands-on development experience with Endur (Openlink).
  • Strong proficiency in: JVS / AVS / OpenComponents, SQL / PL-SQL, Endur data model and trade lifecycle.
  • Experience with end-to-end trade processing, including confirmation, settlement, risk, and PnL.
  • Familiarity with energy/commodity trading products (Power, Gas, Oil, Renewables, Metals, etc.).
  • Experience integrating Endur with external systems via APIs, Connex, or custom interfaces.
  • Proficiency in version control (e.g., Git) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in ETRM/CTRM projects within energy trading firms, banks, or utilities.
  • Exposure to Python, .NET, or cloud-based integrations (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Experience with Endur Upgrades (e.g., from v15 to v19).
  • Knowledge of risk management concepts, VaR, Greeks, and PnL analysis.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements such as REMIT, EMIR, or Dodd-Frank.
