Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Aftersales Manager to join the TGB Commercial Aftersales Team. The primary responsibility is to develop the UK dealer network's aftersales capability, including:

  • Growing genuine parts and lubricants sales
  • Enhancing service retention and parts buying loyalty
  • Driving adoption and performance of Total Care service programmes such as Triumph Service Plans, Factory Extended Warranty, Online Service Booking, and Service Value Chain

Additional Responsibilities

  • Encouraging dealer staff participation in commercial and technical aftersales training
  • Managing the UK Technician apprenticeship programme with our partner
  • Providing technical liaison and support between the Technical Aftersales department and dealers

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous motorcycle or automotive aftersales experience, preferably in a field-based role
  • Knowledge of dealer aftersales operations and best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze data and summarize insights
  • Experience in team management or dealer network management
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for motorcycling and leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
