RoleTake on a full and varied caseload of contentious construction matters. Work across a range of clients/sectors helping to manage and/or resolve their construction related disputes, which are often high value and complex cases. Engage fully in business development and marketing opportunities and look to continue to develop and grow the team. An ideal opportunity to develop your career with a highly ranked and award-winning team, working under recognised and leading construction disputes partners.
You- 6-7 years PQE in construction law.
- Strong technical skills gained through working on high value construction disputes.
- The ability to understand complex legal arguments and subtle interpretation differences and to explain the law clearly and concisely.
- Practical experience of mediation, adjudication and ideally, arbitration.
- A following is advantageous but not required.
