The tech stack includes Golang, Python, PHP, AWS, Microservices, CI/CD, Scrum, etc. Responsibilities: Ensure the multidisciplinary software engineering teams have everything they need to deliver a fantastic product to customers and clients. Align architecture and technology roadmaps and ensure weβre building the right features and capabilities at the right time. Manage managers (tech leads) and therefore management of teams of teams. Work in a high growth fast-paced scale-up environment. Possess a hands-on engineering background. Work across both regulatory and non-regulatory sectors. Communicate effectively with all levels of the business. Lead/manage teams of engineers writing business-critical/complex solutions in polyglot/open-source languages (Golang, Python, PHP, and Java). Manage teams\’ capacity and estimation to ensure the team can provide an appropriate view of work and suggest potential completion dates.
