Job Description Quantity Surveyor & Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Location:London Sector:Infrastructure (Rail, Highways, Utilities) Type:Permanent | Hybrid Working Salary:£55k to £75k + Excellent Benefits My client is a specialist construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. With a growing pipeline of work in rail, highways, aviation, and utilities, they are looking to appoint both a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team. This role is focused on infrastructure, offering an opportunity to work on core projects rather than generalist roles in multi-sector firms. The Opportunity:You\’ll provide full lifecycle commercial support on some of the UK\’s most complex infrastructure schemes. Working closely with clients and project teams, you\’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial success from day one. QS Role:Ideal for someone 2-4 years post-graduation, seeking rapid growth in a hands-on, client-facing environment. SQS Role:Suitable for someone already managing workstreams, confident with clients, and aiming to develop into a leadership role.
