Responsibilities include overseeing UK tax compliance, providing technical advice, engaging with clients on global mobility and UK tax developments, supporting VIP assignee services, developing client relationships, managing engagement finances, and coaching junior staff.Manage daily global coordination and UK service deliveryOversee UK tax compliance and collaborate with the Centre of ExcellenceParticipate in cross-border advisory on tax, social security, policies, and efficienciesProvide UK tax technical analysis and adviceEngage with clients on current global mobility and UK tax developmentsSupport VIP assignee services, including briefings for senior assigneesDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsManage engagement finances with junior supportManage and coach junior staffWhat you bring:The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing global coordination and UK service delivery, with an ACA/ATT/CTA qualification or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is advantageous but not essential.
