A rapidly expanding business in Altrincham is looking for a Management Accountant ready to step into a high-impact role with real ownership, leadership responsibility, and a fast-track path to senior finance. With turnover now at ÂŁ25m - double what it was just 12 months ago - and continued growth projected, they need a sharp finance mind to help steer the numbers behind the momentum.
The Role
This isn’t just a reporting role. You’ll be the engine behind the monthly accounts process, taking the lead on:
- Full control of P&Ls
- Owning month-end and year-end schedules
- Supervising two Assistant Accountants as they progress through their studies
- Providing financial insight and working closely with the FC and FD
- Playing a key part in group-level reporting and business-wide projects as the company scales
