Days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4am-4pm (after 6 weeks rotates to Thursday, Friday, Saturday for a further 6 weeks) Rate of Pay 12.46 an hour (Rises to 14.94 once hit required skill level) Nights Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4am-4pm (after 6 weeks rotates to Thursday, Friday, Saturday for a further 6 weeks) Rate of Pay – 16.10 an hour (Rises to 17.41 once hit required skill level) About Selby Here at Selby , we employ over 750 colleagues. What you\’ll be doing As a Food Production Operative, your main focus will be working in our production areas in a food factory environment.
