HR Advisor

Ashley Kate is supporting a reputable business in recruiting a permanent HR Advisor based in Leigh.

HR Advisor Role

Location: Leigh (site-based)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Circa £35,000

The successful candidate will advise, coach, and support the HR Business Partner and management teams with HR support for the operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advise and coach managers on managing ER cases effectively.
2. Manage attraction, recruitment, and onboarding activities; support managers in attracting and recruiting top talent.
3. Assist with managing team performance.
4. Review and analyze KPIs, highlighting trends to the HRBP and management team.
5. Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid experience as a generalist, preferably within a manufacturing environment or similar.
• Experience handling ER cases, demonstrated at interview.
• Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law.
