We’re looking for aSharePoint Specialist/Consultantto join a high-impact transformation project within a respected Financial Services organisation. In this key role, you’ll play a central part in the delivery of anInformation and Records Management transformation , with SharePoint at the heart of the solution. ? What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and execute themigration of contentfrom Azure storage and network drives into SharePoint Online. Design and developSharePoint architecture, taxonomy, and structurealigned to organisational needs. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders totranslate requirementsinto functional SharePoint solutions. Provide training and supportto users, ensuring adoption and long-term sustainability of the platform. Act as theSharePoint SME , offering guidance, documentation, and troubleshooting expertise. Support integration and usage of Microsoft 365 tools includingTeams, Forms, Entra ID (Azure AD) , andAzure Virtual Machines . Identify and resolvefile issues, link remediation , and data anomalies during migration. Use tools such asMicrosoft Purview, AIM DataBelt, or eDiscovery platformsto enhance records management. ? What You’ll Bring: Proven track record inSharePoint development and migration , especially SharePoint Online (O365). Strong understanding ofSharePoint architecture , best practices, and M365/Entra ID ecosystem. Experience managing thefull SharePoint project lifecycle , from planning to post-deployment support. Ability to assess and select theright tools for migration , ensuring data integrity and user accessibility. Experience withAzure storage and VMs , and handling large-scale content moves. Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability toengage non-technical usersand translate complex ideas. A collaborative mindset – able to work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and end users. Relevant certifications and adegree or equivalentin IT or related fields. ? Bonus Skills: Experience withMicrosoft Purview, AIM DataBelt , or eDiscovery tools for records management. Background inpublic sector or governmentsettings. ?
