An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the band 5 physiotherapy rotation at BHRUT. The trust offers a wide range of rotations at Queens Hospital, Romford and King Georges Hospital, Goodmayes. You will be able to gain experience in MSK, Respiratory, Neurosciences, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Pelvic Health, Stroke, Medical, Acute Frailty and Elderly.
You will be supported in your development by experienced clinicians and our Senior Intern for AHPS, and have opportunities to take part in service development projects and receive regular inservice training and supervision. Applications are welcome from both new and existing Band 5 Physiotherapists.
To provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, management and discharge planning to patients in the following rotations: neuromusculoskeletal outpatients service, orthopaedic inpatients, medical inpatients, ITU and surgery inpatients, stroke and neurology inpatients, neuroscience inpatients, inpatient elderly wards, acute frailty service and the pelvic health service as determined by the rotation, facilitating and maximising patient potential within the service boundaries.
To participate in the Band 5 rotational scheme which involves working across the Trust in a range of ward settings and outpatient departments.
All new staff appointed at the Trust are subject to a probationary period.
