Job Description: Rank recognises that Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are fundamental to the success and future growth of our business. We are looking for a visionary leader who can deliver the AI strategy and roadmap across our business units, supporting them to improve efficiency, realise new opportunities, and embed AI in a governed and ethical way. This role is not technical in terms of hands-on coding but requires a strong, delivery-focused leader who can guide the business on the AI journey, utilising Rank’s Data, Analytics, Data Science, and Technology teams and/or third-party suppliers to deliver meaningful change.
As an AI delivery specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Shaping the AI transformation approach
- Engaging with business stakeholders
- Conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for AI projects
- Providing actionable recommendations for automation initiatives
- Selecting the best approaches and AI tools to support business growth and customer needs
- Supporting AI governance to ensure a fit-for-purpose approach
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should be an experienced AI leader, an exceptional communicator capable of translating complex concepts into compelling stories, with a proven track record of delivering value through AI solutions. You should have:
- Extensive experience in delivering AI solutions aligned with business needs
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
- A background in technological innovation and strategic development
- The ability to identify business opportunities and build compelling business cases
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a gregarious personality to build strong relationships
- Creative thinking within governance boundaries
- Financial awareness with the ability to forecast and deliver within budgets
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging AI/Automation technologies and vendors
