Hello! I’m Dhruti (pronounced ‘droo-tee), a late-diagnosed ADHDer (suspected AuDHD), offering Life Coaching services through the lens of neurodiversity — because it’s different from neurotypical life coaching!
Since my own diagnosis in 2024 (age 36), I have undergone many months of coaching, which I can confidently say was life-changing. I’ve transitioned from feeling like I’m in a constant swirl of inner chaos, barely staying afloat, and struggling to move forward or achieve anything, to understanding why and how my brain needs me to adapt my life. This helps me manage the boring stuff and engage in the fun stuff!
My approach is relaxed, with a touch of humour, creating a friendly, safe, judgement-free space where you can show up without a mask.
I offer a 12-week Life Coaching package with a holistic view and exploration of what’s going on for you, as well as an 8-week structured programme to help you learn more about the different aspects of ADHD and how to manage its impact on your life.
With over 400 hours of experience in life coaching since 2022, I hold a formal education in psychology and counselling, ICF accreditation in life coaching, and CPD-certified ADHD Coach training.
Regions Served: Africa, Asia, Europe, Kentucky, North America, South America, United Kingdom
