We are currently recruiting for a Senior Airport Services Agent in Boston, MA. You will be responsible for providing quality service to passengers in respect to check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, and baggage services, ensuring passengers and their baggage are handled in a consistent manner according to QR’s standards and procedures.

Specific Accountabilities Include:

  • Constant liaison with Check-in, transfer desk, and related areas for smooth passenger acceptance.
  • Liaising with check-in, transfer desk, and supporting the Airport Services Supervisor.
  • Escort and direct arriving/departing passengers to areas such as hotel desk, visa counter, transfer desk, lounges, and boarding gates.
  • Assist duty officer with company material and records.
  • Liaise with GHA for quick processing of hotel and transfer passengers.
  • Work with GHA to ensure smooth passenger handling.
  • Assist passengers with entry requirements, visas, residence permits, etc.
  • Ensure passengers are assisted smoothly through airport facilities.
  • Perform other related duties to ensure efficient operation of the work unit.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and at least 1 year in Airport Operations with a leading airline.
  • High energy and positive attitude for high-pressure environments.
  • DCS experience and ticketing knowledge are advantageous.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Amadeus is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the US is required; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
