We are seeking a Residential Team Leader at Prestemede, committed to delivering high-quality care to our service users, using the latest care technology to enhance resident interaction. Ideal candidates will have experience working with older adults in residential care, be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and possess strong communication skills. A QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required or in progress.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with residents, families, health professionals, and your Line Manager
- Following policies
- Documenting care plans accurately
