What We Are Looking For: The Inside Sales Representative achieves business targets through excellent telephone and communication skills. This individual is responsible for initiating prospect calls and developing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. With a sales hunter mentality, the successful Inside Sales Representative should drive activities to achieve targeted goals. Job Description What We Are Looking For: The Inside Sales Representative achieves business targets through excellent telephone and communication skills. This individual is responsible for initiating prospect calls and developing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. With a sales hunter mentality, the successful Inside Sales Representative should drive activities to achieve targeted goals. This is a full-time, in-office position, working 5 days a week from our London office. What You’ll Be Doing Outbound calling to prospects generated by external lead sources. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process. Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers. Overcome objections of prospective customers. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and create a sense of urgency. Work with Support and Validation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Enter new customer data and update existing account information in the CRM. Proactively collect, analyze, and share customer feedback with colleagues in professional services, sales, and R&D teams. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Support growth, development, and automation of renewal processes. Manage end-to-end forecast for your territory portfolio of client renewals. Mitigate down sales, maintain a strong baseline, and increase renewals. Adopt a hunter, closer mentality to achieve monthly sales quotas. Other duties as assigned related to this role and company initiatives. Qualifications Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience. Current or prior direct sales and/or tele-sales experience is strongly preferred. Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English. Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Strong written communication skills. Self-motivated, energetic, with a hunter mentality. Ability to perform basic calculations. Ability to work independently and in a team. High integrity and work ethic.
